Features
-
This is a piston gudgeon pin removal tool for those seized or just jammed
gudgeon / piston pins.
- It can be used with any type of piston providing that the inner gudgeon pin
diameter is between 8mm and 15mm.
- A must for any workshop or do it yourself enthusiast.
- Screw the circular brace section onto the end of the main tool body.
- Locate the main tool body (with the brace attached) to one side of the
piston, over the pin hole, in the direction in which you want the pin to travel.
- Insert the pulling pin into the pin hole on the opposite side of the piston,
so that it travels through the centre of the gudgeon pin.
- Once inserted, screw the pulling pin into the inside of the main tool body
using an hex key.
- Turn the main bolt in the tool body so that it moves away from the piston,
thereby pulling the gudgeon pin with it.
